We care about our customers and always strive to provide excellent service. However, occasionally mistakes may occur inadvertently, either by human or machine error. When this happens we will do our best to rectify them immediately. Please be patient and don’t hesitate to reach out to us. If there is a delay, rest assured we are working on it and will respond promptly
Payment Methods
Although we prefer payments by cash or check, we accept major credit cards and paypal. However, we do ask that you consider adding 3% to the total of your order to cover our payment processing costs. If you pay by paypal, please either pay using Friends and Family (which charges you the fee, or add 3% to the total.
Shipping Policy
Pre-printed Pricing is based upon the economies of scale we receive from volume printing discounts and shipping orders directly to the customer from the printer. If you prefer to have the product shipped to us first, the prices will be marked up accordingly. Note: Print copies of the Prayer Guide can only be mailed to street addresses in the continental US, and will be shipped by two-week economy mail, but electronic copies can be sent anywhere.

Copyright is granted without cost for limited distribution of the prayer guide as a gift. However, copyrights do not include the resale of digital or printed copies of the prayer guide unless permission has been received from the publisher.
